These terms describe the basis on which Oscar Journal Publishers provides independent editorial and publication-support services.
Service agreement
A project begins only after the service scope, fee, timeline and deliverables have been confirmed. The accepted quotation and related correspondence form part of the service agreement.
Author responsibilities
Authors remain responsible for the originality, accuracy, permissions, ethics, authorship, declarations, data and final submission of their work. Requested information and files must be supplied accurately and on time.
Editorial changes and review
Changes are made within the agreed scope. Authors must review edited files, comments, metadata and supporting documents before submission or publication. Questions requiring subject expertise or author judgement remain the author’s responsibility.
Delivery, revisions and delays
Delivery dates depend on timely receipt of complete files and author responses. Revision entitlement, turnaround and additional-work charges follow the accepted quotation. Material changes to the manuscript or scope may require a revised fee and schedule.
Fees, cancellations and refunds
Payment terms, cancellation arrangements and any refund eligibility are governed by the written quotation or invoice. Work already completed, reserved editorial time and non-recoverable costs may be deducted where permitted.
Publication outcomes
Oscar Journal Publishers does not guarantee acceptance, indexing, publication dates, peer-review outcomes or citations. Journals and publishers are independent organisations, and their policies, fees, decisions and timelines are outside our control.
Integrity and prohibited requests
We do not provide fabricated data, purchased authorship, false peer-review activity, deceptive similarity-score manipulation or services intended to misrepresent academic work.
Confidentiality and intellectual property
Authors retain ownership of their original work. Manuscripts are handled for the agreed service, subject to necessary operational processing and any legal obligations.
